If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us in its original condition with the labels and packaging intact, within 14 days of receipt.
For a full refund, excluding postage and packaging, buyers will be responsible for the cost of the return

Customers are responsible for postage back to us unless the item is deemed faulty. In this case, we will refund you the cost of the Tracked 48 Royal Mail Service

Refunds are processed within 3 days after being checked by our returns department.

We will not take back parcels to which customs duty or import VAT are applied, and these parcels will be sent back to you.
