Where can I find a size guide?

You can find a size guide on all the product pages. Simply scroll down to ‘choose size’, where you can find a ‘size guide’ button. This will open up an international size guide with UK, EU and the US sizing to help you find the right size for you.

What is the difference between Marie and Bella Styles?

Both the Marie and Bella trouser styles are straight fit trousers.

The main differences are that the Marie style has no pockets and minimal detailing, whereas the Bella style has two back pockets, faux front pockets and a double-stitched back seam.

Which is the best fit for the fuller figure?

We recommend the Marie and Bella styles for the fuller figure. The Marie and Bella are designed for the fuller figure, offering more room on the hips. The stretch bengaline fabric ensures they hug you in all the right places, and they are a classic straight fit.

How does sizing change between the styles?

Due to the range of different Robell styles, we may recommend going up or down a size on some styles.

As a general rule of thumb, we recommend dropping down a size in the Marie and Bella styles as they are a generous fit.

In contrast, we recommend going up a size in the Rose style as they are a slim fit.

In all other Robell styles, we recommend taking your usual size.

Which trousers have pockets?

Robell Trousers have pockets in the Bella and Nena styles. The Bella comes in various lengths, including 04 above the knee shorts, 05 knee-length shorts, 09 ankle grazer and full-length. The Nena is available as an 09 ankle grazer and a full-length.

There are also many Robell Jean styles with pockets, including the Elena, Star, Sonja, Helle, Joella, Bella Jeans & Nena Jeans. These are available in various lengths.

Do Robell offer shorter length trousers than the standard 31” and if so, in which styles?

Yes, Robell makes a 29” / 73cm petite length trouser. The petite length trouser is available in the Marie, Bella, Mimi and Jacklyn styles in various colours, patterns and fabrics, including denim and bengaline.

Do Robell offer longer length trousers than the standard 31” and if so, in which styles?

Yes, Robell makes a 32.5” / 82cm tall length trouser. The Tall length trouser is currently only available in the Marie style. We hope to offer more styles and colours in the future.

What is the difference between the lengths?

Robell Trousers come in various lengths so that you can find your perfect fit.

• Robell full-length trousers are 31” / 78cm inside leg. You can find these in styles such as the Marie F/L, Bella F/L, Rose F/L, Jacklyn, Elena, Sissi & more!
• For the shorter ladies, Robell makes the petite length trouser which is 29” / 73cm inside the leg. The Petite Length trouser is available in the Marie, Bella, Jacklyn & Mimi styles.
• For the taller ladies, Robell makes the tall-length 32.5” / 82cm inside leg trousers. This is currently only available in the Marie style, but we hope to add more Robell styles to the tall-length collection soon.
• Robell 09 Trousers measure 27” / 68cm inside the leg and are found in the Bella 09, Rose 09, Nena 09 & Lena 09 styles. These trousers are typically worn as an ankle grazer but are often worn as full-length trousers for shorter ladies.
• Robell 07 Trousers measure 22” / 56cm inside the leg. The 07 trousers are ¾ length trousers, perfect for the summer months. You can find the 07 cropped trousers in the Marie 07 and Rose 07 styles.
• Robell 05 shorts measure 16” / 40cm inside the leg and are knee-length. Great for the summer and available in the Bella 05 and Chris 05 styles.
• The 04 Shorts are above the knee shorts with an 11” / 28cm inside leg. The Bella 04 shorts are available in the Bella 04 shorts in a stretch bengaline fabric and the Megan 04 in stretchy cotton.

Does Robell make a slimmer fitting trouser?

Yes, the Robell Rose, Nena, Lena and Star styles offer super slim-fit trousers and jeans. The super-slim fit is tight from the thighs down to the ankles. There are various lengths, fabrics and patterns available.

Which style would be smart for work?

Robell trousers are famous for their versatility and can be worn on all occasions, whether you’re working, meeting with friends or having a relaxing day at home. This is because of Robell’s comfort and stretchy materials. However, if you are looking for the smartest Robell trousers, Robell makes the following.

Liselle - Robell Liselle Trousers have a bootleg fit and front seam. They’re made from stretchy and soft fabric, offering a smart and comfortable fit.

Sissi - Robell Sissi trousers are slim around the thigh and flow straight from the knee into a wider straight leg. They have a front and back crease running down the leg and are made from a soft, comfortable fabric—the perfect trousers for a smart or formal look.

Jacklyn - Robell Jacklyn Trousers are smooth and comfortable trousers in a classic straight fit. No back pockets and faux front pockets make for minimal detailing. The soft fabric ensures a smooth fit without creasing, ideal for the workplace.

Marie - Robell Marie Trousers offer minimal detailing in Robell’s famous stretch bengaline fabric. They have a classic straight fit and can be worn on all occasions. Pair them with a shirt and blazer for a smart workplace look.

Which jeans have a zip and button fastening?

Robell offers many styles with a zip and button fastening. These styles include Nena Jeans, Elena, Star, Joella, Sonja and Helle.

Which Robell trouser styles come up high around the waist?

All Robell styles come up high around the waist, ensuring they hug you in all the right places for a comfortable and flattering fit.

Which styles are cotton for the summer holidays?

Robell has a fabulous range of cotton styles, great for keeping comfortable on summer holidays and warmer weather. Robell’s cotton twill range is available in the Marie F/L, Marie 07, Bella 09, Rose 09 and Megan 04 styles. Robell’s Cotton Twill is soft and stretchy, ensuring you’re comfortable no matter how warm it gets.

Robell also has many styles in lightweight seersucker fabric. This is a summer favourite among our customers and is available in the Marie F/L, Bella 09, Rose 09, Bella 05 and Christy Skirt styles.

What is an out of stock request? And how do they work?

An out of stock request lets us know that you’d like an out of stock item, and so we will try to order it for you. We will contact our warehouse, and if successful, we expect to receive the item within 10-14 days. Once received, we will call you within a week so you can purchase the item if it’s still of interest to you.

Do you offer discounts?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer any additional discounts other than the discounted items found on the Clearance Lines page.

Delivery FAQs

How long for my parcel to be dispatched after ordering?

If your order has been placed on a weekday before 3 pm, we aim to dispatch your order the same day (excluding bank holidays).

If your order is made after 3 pm Monday-Thursday, your order will be dispatched the next day.

Orders after 3 pm on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday, excluding bank holidays.

How are the orders sent?

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail first class with free postage.

Any overseas parcels are sent via Royal Mail with a charge of £6.95 for the EU and £11.95 for the USA and the rest of the world.

Can I track my order?

We will provide tracking for orders over £150 to the UK and orders over £100 to the EU, USA and the rest of the world.

How long do UK parcels take to arrive after dispatch?

UK Parcels are often received the next day after dispatch. However, this isn’t guaranteed, so we ask customers to allow 1-3 working days.

Can I have my item delivered to an address different to my billing address?

Yes, you can. To deliver to a new address, simply click on ‘Add New Address’ when prompted on the 3rd step of checkout labelled as ‘delivery address’. On the form, fill out the address that you’d like your order delivered.

Returns FAQs

How long for my returns/exchanges to be processed?

Refunds and exchanges are processed within 72 hours of receiving your items.

How long for the money to appear in my account?

Refunds will take up to 5-10 working days to appear in your account.

Do you refund delivery charges if I return something?

Customers are responsible for postage back to us unless the item is deemed faulty. In this case, we will refund you the total value plus postage.

How can I get a new return slip?

If you’ve lost your return slip, you can download a new return slip here.

Simply fill out the form with:

1. Your details.
2. Your items details.
3. Your reason for returning.
4. Whether you’d like a refund or the details of the replacement item.
5. The amount of the item.

Please return your items to the address on the returns form and place your form inside the parcel.

I’ve received an incorrect item in my order. What should I do?

In the case that you receive an incorrect item, please call us on:
